Terms of Sale

• When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order with an attached invoice.
• Once we have reviewed your order we will call you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
• In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

Payment

• All prices quoted on our website are in TT (Trinidad and Tobago) dollars and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
• A delivery fee will be added to customers outside the Port of Spain area.
• You agree to pay the full price for all products you purchase from the website upon delivery or collection.

Delivery & Storage

• All our products at Mainline Seafood are delivered to our customers packed and frozen in specially refrigerated containers.
• You are responsible for keeping the delivered items refrigerated upon collection. Mainline is not responsible for goods spoiled by not refrigerating after delivery.
• Free delivery is only available for online orders via this website.
• Delivery is within 2 business days.
• Deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.

General

• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
• You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.

Cancellation and returns

• Orders will be checked and verified prior to the client signing for and accepting delivery of the product. It should be noted at that point if any errors were made.
• The representative of Mainline Seafood will return the incorrect order from the client and make arrangements to deliver the correct order at that point.
• If an incorrect order does occur, a representative of Mainline Seafood will return to collect any incorrect orders and provide the client with the correct order as originally specified

Prohibitions

You must not misuse this Website. You will not:
